What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a natural approach to healthcare that focuses on removing interferences within your nervous system, allowing your body to heal itself. The nervous system is the master controller for the body. Without proper function of the nervous system, our bodies cannot operate properly.
The spine consists of vertebrae which house the spinal cord. Branching off of the spinal cord and exiting between the vertebrea are nerves. The nerves branch out to the organs, glands, and tissues of the body. The brain sends messages down the spinal cord and out the nerves, allowing the body to function. When vertebrae become misaligned, or subluxated, the vertebrae can cause pressure on the nerves, thus causing your body not to function at 100 % of its potential. Chiropractors locate and remove subluxations, therfore allowing your body to regain its maximum function.

What is a Subluxation?
A subluxation is a misalignment of the spine, that causes dysfunction, diseas, and ultimately you will have symptoms. A subluxation occurs when bones of the spine move out of there proper alignment and cause pressure on the nerves that are exiting between the vertebrea.
